Our school administration staff are always available during office hours to accept enrolment applications. You can download the application form below or pick a form up from our front office.
Your Application for Enrolment must be accompanied by:

- a birth certificate or passport,
- proof of address,
- a copy of your child’s immunisation AIR history (can be downloaded from the MyGov website).
The above documents form Part A of the enrolment process and further information may be required. Email all the above to oceanroad.ps@education.wa.edu.au
Once your Application for Enrolment Part A and documentation have been received, you will be contacted to arrange a meeting with a Deputy Principal and provided with Part B—the Enrolment Form for you to complete and return.

Enrolling your child in Kindergarten
Children can start Kindergarten when turning four years old by 30 June of the year they attend. Kindergarten enrolments for 2025 close Friday July 19, 2024. View the school age calculator.
